Our Store Policies

We founded South Texas Banshee with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Package Transit

We hope that you understand that unfortunately, we have no control over the routing of packages through the USPS. Weather, natural disaster, mechanical delays, or anything else that may cause a delay in the package is out of our control once it is in possession of the USPS. 

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in the mail due to an Incorrect shipping address. Please make sure your information is correct upon ordering or creating your account.

International Shipping

We have no way of knowing how long it will take you to receive your package. With COVID around times are constantly changing. Dependant upon how long Customs chooses to hold your packages, expect 1-3 weeks delivery times.

Return Policy

Due To Product Quality

We stand behind our product 100%. When you receive your new harness, should the product quality/craftsmanship not meet your expectations, you will receive a full refund on your purchase. The only exception is the following:

 ***Product must be unused and be new in appearance. If any modifications were made to the harness a return will not be accepted. Modifications include anything that was not done by me, cutting, splicing, taping ETC.***

Due To Error In Build

We are human, we make mistakes. If you receive your harness and it is not built as advertised or as requested per "Build a Custom Harness" option, I will gladly rebuild your harness for you, no questions asked.  A refund can be given as long as the harness is unmodified. 

Buyers Remorse

The Harness you receive will be custom-built JUST FOR YOU. You are paying for a custom-designed product made just for you. I will not sell you a returned harness, that is not how I run my business. When you place your order please be sure it is what you want. Returns will only be accepted should the order be wrong or defective. 

Refund Procedure

Harnesses being returned for a refund will be inspected for use, wear, modification ETC.Any of the mentioned will make it ineligible for refund. 

Real Talk

 Guys a lot of you know me and that I take pride in my work and business. I want to help as much as possible, with the understanding of I would like the same kindness in return. If you have an issue with your harness later down the road, a connector goes bad, or maybe you just need it changed up because you're upgrading your lights or light switch; I'll be more than happy to service it or replace it for you.

Now, if you get the harness and you call me and say "Hey I have no spark, I want a refund". Then my goal is to troubleshoot with you first,  we can FaceTime or you can send me pictures. But realistically, if I see that you've cut off a Connector to change it due to you ordering the incorrect items because you needed a "square plug" but ordered a 97-01, well that changes things.

When you cut into the harness or make any modifications then the warranty is voided. I can not STRESS the importance of double-checking what is in your cart before you submit your order. When you get it and it's the wrong one, just reach out to me. I will have no problem swapping you. I want your Banshee or whatever machine you are working on to have the best possible Harness it can have. You don't want a cut-up harness that's why you come to me, lets get it done right.

 

Maybe you don't have to return it, I've got adapters for literally everything. Wrong headlights but don't have time to return it? I can shoot you some adapters. You have to look at it both ways. It's not "not right" because you have an adapter on it. Look at it this way, now you can 2 different years. Parts are easier to find in the future because you can now run either 02-12 or 95-01 headlights!
