In the pictures, you will see both heat shrink and braided sleeve. You will need to select which you prefer.  
 
This is a New OEM replica Honda ATC250R wiring harness This harness uses OEM connectors is fully housed in 3M heat shrink tubing and is made to be a direct fit replacement for your ATC. The harness is built with oxygen free copper wire to resist corrosion. This harness only fits 85 and 86 machines with the molded headlight connector, please see the pictures.
